We bridge the gap between medicine and politics - between science and management. We link medical issues with political feasibility and translate health care relevant expertise into administrative logic. In doing so, we impart evidence-based knowledge and practical skills.

Our WHY

Facing enormous challenges - such as demographic and climate change - we feel it is our task to contribute our knowledge in order to facilitate the necessary structural and political changes that will enable sustainable, socially and generationally fair healthcare. This can only happen with:

HOW we work

We are guided by the concept of “Health in All Policies”. In doing so, we consistently incorporate social determinants of health into our work. This approach not only offers the opportunity to promote health in a way that is tailored to specific target groups, but can also help stabilize democracy (see Bundesgesundheitsblatt). To support evidence-based decision-making in politics and public administration, we take an implementation-oriented approach to policy advice that goes beyond mere science communication (knowledge mobilization).

Workshops, presentations, and expert advice on how evidence can be understood and implemented in politics and public administration, as well as presentations on “knowledge mobilization” - e.g., for the German Center for Mental Health (DZPG) (LinkedIn post), presenting health-related facts in an accessible way for people in parliamentary and administrative settings

We are physicians with advanced scientific qualifications (MPH, MScIH) and extensive policy and administrative experience. We have worked in and for governments (federal/regional), the German Health Advisory Council, self-governance bodies, and in academic research.

Our multidisciplinary scientific expertise enables us to holistically assess health issues and develop creative, targeted solutions. We understand institutional workflows and political demands, and excel at translating complex scientific evidence for non-specialist audiences to ensure effective, targeted communication.
