We link medical issues with **political feasibility** and translate health care relevant expertise into administrative logic. In doing so, we impart **evidence-based knowledge** and practical skills. ### Our WHY Facing enormous challenges - such as demographic and climate change - we feel it is our task to contribute our knowledge in order to facilitate the necessary structural and political changes that will enable sustainable, socially and generationally fair healthcare. This can only happen with: strong and sustainable **municipalities**- implementation-oriented **science** - evidence-based **healthcare politics** --- ### HOW we work We are guided by the concept of “Health in All Policies”. In doing so, we consistently incorporate social determinants of health into our work. This approach not only offers the opportunity to promote health in a way that is tailored to specific target groups, but can also help stabilize democracy (see [Bundesgesundheitsblatt](https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s00103-025-04128-z)).
